Who it is for
Holiday apartment managers and independent hotels listed on several booking sites that need to control availability from one place.
Every booking, in one calendar

What the channel manager includes
Availability and bookings
When a booking comes in, those nights are blocked on the other connected channels. The calendar brings together bookings from booking sites, manual bookings and external iCal feeds.
Rates and seasons
Change rates by day or season. Adjust an individual night without changing the rest and distribute rates to connected channels.
Stay restrictions
Manage minimum and maximum stays, stop sells, and arrival and departure restrictions. Each booking site receives the restrictions it supports.
Unified calendar and inbox
See where each booking comes from and reply to Airbnb and Booking.com messages from a single inbox.
Your own accounts
Airbnb connects through authorisation. Booking.com requires you to activate the connectivity provider in the extranet and provide the property ID.
Volume pricing
Pricing tiers are marginal: each block of properties keeps its own rate. The channel manager has an annual contract and charges no booking commission.

Pricing example: 50 apartments
Up to 9 apartments you pay the minimum fee of €31.20 per month, and the next 41 cost €2.40 each. The total is €129.60 per month, equivalent to an annual payment of €1,555.20. The rate for the last tier is not applied to all apartments.
How it connects with the rest of meo67
A booking feeds the calendar, guest communication and stay preparation. In the full platform, AI messaging, cleaning and check-in integrate with these operations.
What to review when choosing a channel manager
Compare the channels you use, rate and restriction syncing, how existing bookings are handled and how the total cost is calculated. If you also need AI guest support, cleaning or guest registration, check how these modules connect and which rate applies to each service. A per-apartment fee does not tell the whole story: calculate the total for your portfolio and review the payment terms.
Channel manager questions
Which channels does meo67 connect?
More than 70 channels, including Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, Vrbo, Agoda, Despegar, Hotelbeds, Trip.com and Hostelworld. Check compatibility with your booking sites and the restrictions each one supports.
How much does the channel manager cost?
For apartments: a minimum fee of €31.20 per month covers up to 9 apartments, then €2.40 for apartments 10–99 and €1.20 from apartment 100 onwards, adding the tiers together. The full year is paid upfront. Hotels have a base fee and room-based tiers; you can calculate them on the pricing page.
Can I switch from another channel manager?
Yes. Switching requires coordinating the previous disconnection and reviewing inventory. Airbnb does not allow two connections per listing. You keep your accounts and can revoke authorisations.
Does the price include all meo67 features?
